Face mode
vertex mode on an object looks like blue lines with little purple dots on each vertices. We use this mode to further define our object. We could use this mode more than the others because this mode lets us define the object in better detail.
The object in Edge Mode is outlined in blue lines. we can use this mode to make spokes and other more complicated objects.
Object Mode is the basic mode you are in. The object looks shaded with green lines. We use this mode more than the others because in this mode we can rotate, move, and scale the whole object.
Face Mode looks like edge mode but has little blue dots in the middle of each "face". We use this mode to work on individual faces on the object. This is the only mode in which we can manipulate the faces and make more complex shapes.
